Bath Time

When Ava and Emma were born I always thought as others would tell me "The girls are going to be best friends for life." Well, I think this statement is true. I say I think because Ava and Emma are so different that they spend much of their time arguing and competing. Sometimes is seems from the moment they get home from school I become referee.

I suppose these actions are normal sibling behavior.
In fact if I think back, this is exactly how my brothers and sisters behaved...including the karate chops.

The one FOR SURE peaceful moment of the day is Bath time. My kids love bath time, they always have. So from the time they come home until I turn on the hot water for a bath, life is loud and crazy. When I call for bath time all arguments stop, all bickering rests and all four of my children begin laughing and playing like they will be friends for the rest of their lives.
