My eyes just wouldn't open this morning like they usually do. I could hear Lillian squawking in her crib and Ava and Emma stirring in the bedroom. The creaking of the babies door told me the girls were going in and probably going to take the babies out of their crib to play. Lillian grew quite. Ava then said to Emma, "I had no choice, she was crying and Mommy is asleep". Something wasn't right. I peeled myself out of bed to check on the events. Lillian was still laying down in her crib, while next to her was an empty bottle and throw up that looked like curdled milk. Ava had given her a bottle from the night before. That bottle of milk had been sitting for 7 hours in a 65+ degree room. There is a bug going around. Several friends have been hit with it, but I can't help but think it was the 4 oz. of spoiled milk. I always appreciate the help my older girls give me when it comes to the babies, but sometimes they're a little TOO much help.
They are such sweet girls! I love all of you so much. xoxo
