During Christmas vacation the girls and I decided it would be a good idea to practice writing the alphabet. I was thrilled when they were not opposed to continuing after winter break, and now it's become an after school habit(right after snack of course).
Today I pulled out the "writing books", gave instructions, then continued to go about my cleaning. Two minutes later I walked back in the dining room to check on their progress and found Ava with a rice cold pack on her head. She exclaimed
"Writing makes my head hurt".
Me to Ava, me to.

Hilarious! That explains my headache today as I prepared for my goals workshop tomorrow...still don't feel ready!
