Little Picasso

I must say my sweet little Lillian is very smart. She is very observant and aware of what's happening around her. For many days she has watched her older sisters color and draw with pencils, crayons, markers and paint. I have caught her on several occasions with a crayon in one hand, a colored pencil in another and a




coloring book in front of her. I of course know these are not appropriate toys for a baby. So, will gently take it away and replace it with something practical ( soft or chewy).

This does not go well for me!

I finally decided to meet her half way and put her in a high chair with crayons and pencils and let her go to work. She loved it! Her collections can be viewed on the wall of our upstairs hallway, the face of Emma's troll doll and random pieces of paper around the house.





It could be she's just mimicking her sisters, or it could be she'll be the next Georgia O'Keeffe.





We'll just have to wait a few years and see.
